Overview of the plan

The non inductive square wave electric tool scheme mainly consists of two main circuits: Active emi MCU and CFN7084; The main control adopts an Active-semi MCU, which integrates LDO, operational amplifier, comparator, etc. internally. At the same time, pre drive is also integrated internally, which can directly drive power MOSFETs. The power output part is composed of 6 CFN7084 (40V/225A) full bridge 3-phase outputs, which drive the brushless DC motor.
